About the Role:
As a Store Executive at Giga Foods, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our outlets are always stocked with the finest goods and materials. You will be the key link between our vendors and outlets, ensuring a smooth and efficient supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors to procure high-quality supplies and materials.
- Outlet Liaison: Understand the unique requirements of our outlets and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are always adequate.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of incoming goods and address any issues promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure all storage and handling of goods meet health and safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
- Skills: Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Resilience: Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
