Ensure processes are consistently maintained as per specifications, engage in new product development, coordinate process implementation, establish process specifications, product and process improvements, and cross-functional team projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with specifications
• Develop new products
• Coordinate new processes
• Establish process specifications
• Participate in product and process improvements
• Work with Marketing, Production, and Engineering departments
• Documentation related to product Marketing and Testing
• Coordinate with manual employees for process execution

Person’s Profile:

• Qualification in Polymer Technology or Chemical Engineering
• 1-2 years of experience in Hand Protection industry
• Exposure in Product Development/Process Management
• Team player with problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
