Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Executive Human Resources at FITS Express – ASC for UPS Sri Lanka in Colombo 03. Responsibilities include managing Regional HR operations, employee relations, recruitments, and overall HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with overseas managers for staffing needs and recruitment.
- Be the primary HR contact for employees in overseas locations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Stay updated on global labor laws and adjust HR policies.
- Adapt company policies to meet international requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field.
- 1-2 years of HR experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
