Job Description

We seek a self-motivated dynamic individual with a high degree of drive, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills for our production unit in the BOI Zone, Horana.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laboratory functions and ensure the proper implementation of Quality SOPs
• Prepare customer samples and maintain related documents.
• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
• Maintain records of master batches and additives.
• Maintain the customer database with their requirements.
• Train, develop, and multi-skill team members to maintain the required competency level within the team.
• Assist the operations team by providing support whenever necessary and ensuring efficient handling of team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry) from a recognized university.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a definite advantage.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong knowledge of statistics, excellent communication skills, and computer literacy.
• Willingness to work with a high sense of responsibility and flexibility in working hours to achieve set targets.
