Job Description
NOLIMIT Sri Lanka is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the field of Internal Audit.
- Perform risk-based internal audits and assessments as per the annual plan
- Identify audit issues, assess risks, and propose risk mitigation plans
- Organize and manage Inventory verifications
- Review and recommend operational policies and procedures
- Analyze ERP system data and present findings to management
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CA, CIMA, ACCA, CMA, AAT qualifications
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, 2-4 years of related experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, Sinhala, Tamil is a plus
