Job Description
Summary:
The responsibilities of a Digital Media Executive include liaising with all counterparts pertaining to sales, marketing and media and delivering the online promotional material, content and captions on a timely manner. Attracting customers via online channels while bringing in leads is the main objective. You will be responsible for all inquiries, leads and feedback received on all online channels.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Executing Meta, Google, and other online campaigns
- Measuring key performance indicators and evaluating on a regular basis
- Working with internal designers and third-party agencies for timely delivery of content for the campaigns
- Delivering campaigns as agreed within given timescales
- Responding to all online inquiries including Social Media inboxed messages, comments, emails, WhatsApp messages, Google reviews, AppStore reviews, and chatbot inquiries
- Handling other online sales platforms and evaluating ROI
- Managing promotional activities and competitions
- Creating concepts for content to be posted online
- Any other duties assigned by the management
Key Competencies:
- Minimum 2-year experience as a Digital Media Specialist or similar role
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Good knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
- Good understanding of Digital Media KPIs
- Excellent language skills and content writing skills would be a definite advantage
