Candidate Profile:

  • Certificate/diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service or Freight Forwarding
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with ERP tools and shipment tracking software
