Ideal Candidate should have:
- 1-2 years of experience with exposure in a similar capacity.
- Must be excellent in English and Sinhala, Tamil is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, people management, and communication skills.
- Work ethics, team-oriented, and presentable personality.
- Proficiency in MS Office package.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply.
Main Duties and responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide support.
- Maintain good customer relations.
- Manage multiple customers effectively.
- Maintain quality standards of communication.
- Undertake tasks assigned by the HOD/Manager.
