Job Description
- Ensure cargo reservations are done in the principal systems prior to departure from CMB in accordance with Airline procedures.
- Secure space confirmations from 01st carrier & update shipment details before departure.
- Send upliftment messages to relevant Principal gateways.
- Update system with actual AWB/HAWB data after shipment departure & inform relevant parties of discrepancies.
- Follow up on uplifted shipments & regularly update customers till arrival at destination.
- Adhere to GSA operational SOP for smooth unit operations.
- Make regular tele sales calls & customer visits to enhance sales.
- Maintain stock re-order levels & track receivables from Airport.
