Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Executive Production at Eco Spindles (Private) Limited. The Junior Executive Production will be responsible for production planning, communication, production management, lean technology, and quality control. The role will involve coordinating production activities, ensuring timely delivery of products, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing production processes.
Qualifications:
- Production Planning, Production Management, and Quality Control skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in textile technology
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge in lean manufacturing is a plus
- Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
