Role Description

• Assisting with Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with senior consultants and clients to gather and understand business requirements for Odoo ERP implementation projects.
• System Configuration and Customization: Assist in configuring and customizing the Odoo ERP system to meet client-specific needs and requirements.
• User Training and Support: Provide training sessions for end-users on how to use Odoo ERP modules effectively. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users as needed.
• Documentation and Reporting: Assist in documenting system configurations, customizations, and user manuals. Generate reports to track project progress and communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in system testing activities to ensure that Odoo ERP implementations meet quality standards and fulfill client requirements.
• Client Communication and Relationship Management: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, address questions or concerns, and provide regular updates on project status. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the implementation process.
• Continuous Learning and Skill Development: Stay updated on the latest Odoo ERP features, best practices, and industry trends. Continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge to contribute effectively to project success.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance analysts, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Problem Solving and Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during Odoo ERP implementations, working closely with senior consultants or technical teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Adherence to Project Timelines and Budgets: Work within project timelines and budgets, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedule.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Odoo ERP system and its modules
• Understanding of business processes and workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Following Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience with ERP implementation or support is a plus
