Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Executive – Customer Experience located in Nugegoda. The Junior Executive – Customer Experience will be responsible for providing accurate information, tracking all customer engagement points, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience for the customers.
