Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Junior Customer Care Executive to join our team. The role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting back-office tasks. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through various channels.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer queries.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and perform data entry tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
- Support back-office operations and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards.
Requirements:
- Must have successfully completed GCE A/L.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in email communication and MS Office tools.
- Minimum 1 year experience in back-office operations and data entry.
- Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
