Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Junior Customer Care Executive to join our team. The role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting back-office tasks. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through various channels.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer queries.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and perform data entry tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
  • Support back-office operations and ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards.

Requirements:

  • Must have successfully completed GCE A/L.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in email communication and MS Office tools.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in back-office operations and data entry.
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
