We are looking for a dedicated Junior Consumer Care Agent to join our team in Rathmalana. As a part of our Call Center, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be fluent in both English and Sinhala, and possess a positive attitude towards helping others. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
