Job Description:
- Responsible for managing HR operational activities related to employee life cycle management.
- Maintain adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Participate in process improvement and automation projects.
- Handle HRIS system and ensure accuracy.
- Submit operational inputs as per the defined schedule.
Candidate Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree or professional qualification in HR.
- Business experience in HR field advantageous.
- Customer service orientation and computer literacy required.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
