Job Description
About Teams Squared:
We are a team augmentation company dedicated to connecting exceptional remote talent with global organizations. The current role is for an internal position we are looking to fill, which is onsite at our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including processing transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts.
- Utilize Xero accounting software for various financial processes such as invoicing, tracking payments, and generating financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and collaborate with the accounting team.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in budgeting, forecasting, and financial audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience, proficiency in Xero software, and strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills.
