Job Description
We are an international company named Fomix Consulting, specializing in customer support and financial sales. Located in the western province of Sri Lanka (Colombo 3), we are currently seeking a Japanese language specialist to join our team and assist with client requirements.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site position in Colombo for a Japanese-speaking outbound sales agent. The role entails communication with clients, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The sales agent will collaborate with various teams to identify business opportunities and provide tailored solutions to clients. (No experience necessary as training will be provided).
Qualifications:
- Fluency in spoken Japanese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Previous sales or outbound customer service experience preferred (not mandatory)
