Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Trainee at Micronet Group located in Colombo. The IT Trainee will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, ensuring network security, and providing excellent customer service. The trainee will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in the field of information technology.
Qualifications
- Experience in network administration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of network security protocols
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of information technology principles
- Relevant certifications or degrees in IT-related fields are a plus
