Role Description
This full-time on-site role entails serving as an IT Technician at Delmo Chicken & Agro Pvt. Ltd. The responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, offering technical support to end-users, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization’s IT systems. The position also involves customer service, training users on IT systems, and maintaining documentation.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Experience in Information Technology and customer service
- Capability to provide training on IT systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in the poultry or agriculture sector is advantageous
- Relevant certifications or a degree in IT or a related field is a plus
