Job Description
SevenX Lanka (Private) Limited is seeking an IT Technical Writer/Documentation Specialist to join our team in Rathmana.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update documentation for SOPs, User Guides, and online help contents.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather information for documentation.
- Write clear instructions and explanations of complex technical concepts.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation.
- Work across teams to meet business and stakeholder needs.
- Update documentation in response to changes.
Qualifications:
- Degree/HND in an IT-related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing focusing on IT Operation Documentation.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Experience with ITSM Standards & Frameworks.
- Detail-oriented with strong writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Proficient in tools like Microsoft Word and O365 applications.
- Living within a 15KM radius of Rathmana.
