Job Description
Hayleys Fentons is seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator/ Engineer to provide technical support solutions to clients. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving IT issues, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring efficient operation of systems.
Responsibilities & Experience:
- 1-3 years of IT Helpdesk and infrastructure support experience
- Proficiency in Windows systems, O365, Active Directory, and SCCM
- Experience in network support, security, and system upgrades
- Familiarity with ITIL service framework, Cloud Computing, and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma or BSc Degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Networking
- Optional certifications in Windows OS, Azure, O365
