Job Description: Hayleys Fentons is seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator/ Engineer to provide technical support to clients. Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware/software issues, maintaining relationships, and supporting infrastructure upgrades. Motorbike preferred, fuel provided.
Responsibilities & Experience:
- 1-3 years experience in IT Helpdesk and Level 1 support
- Experience in Windows OS, Microsoft O365, and Server platforms
- Endpoint Protection & security knowledge
- Support on network & systems troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
- BSc Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent (advantageous)
- Optional certifications in Windows OS/Azure/O365
