Job Description
Position: IT Support Specialist

Role: Join our team as an IT Support Specialist where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, install, and maintain network hardware.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud-based systems.
- Monitor network performance and collaborate with IT team members for infrastructure projects.
- Design and deploy cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Provide technical support to end-users and ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT leadership roles.
