Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in hardware/software troubleshooting with end customers.
• Experience in managing, configuration, troubleshooting multi-site network environment running on Windows / Linux / Android.
• Past experience in Linux based on-premise and / or cloud server installation, configurations, troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
• Experience in managing & coordinating technical teams, experience in Jira service management will be an advantage.
• Willing to travel to island-wide customer installations is a must.
• Good Communication Skills and Interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a valid riding license and own Motor Bike.

Additional Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communications in English and other native languages.
• Past experience and knowledge in enterprise network infrastructure technologies will be an added advantage but not essential.
