Job Description

Alpha Health Group, a UAE-based Healthcare Management Consultancy firm, is seeking the following roles to join our growing team in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Install and Configure OS and Software in Laptops/Desktops/Servers
Provide L1/L2 Support to the End Users
Diagnose and troubleshoot Hardware and Software issues in Laptops/Desktops
Maintain and Repair Laptops and Desktops
Configure and maintain computer networks
Perform day-to-day IT support activities
Support IT hardware/software upgrade and deployment
Inventory management of IT equipment

Requirement:

Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computer Systems/IT
Workable knowledge in Windows Administration/AD
Internship or work experience in similar roles is advantageous
Willingness to work extended hours if required
