Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for a full-time, on-site IT Support Executive based in World Trade Center, Colombo. Responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting, Office 365 system administration, and help desk support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in IT or related field
- Minimum 1 year of similar experience
- Strong skills in technical support and system administration
- Proven Office 365 administration experience
- Hands-on experience in IT support and help desk operations
- Ability to communicate technical info clearly
- Relevant certifications in IT support and system administration
- Experience with networking and security protocols
