Job Description
Location – Colombo 07
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal users globally, addressing software, hardware, and network concerns.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues to minimize downtime.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and software applications.
- Configure systems and devices according to organizational requirements.
- Conduct routine audits, maintenance tasks, and manage inventory records.
- Uphold compliance with company IT security policies.
- Execute cloud computing technologies and services.
Qualifications/Prerequisites:
- 2 years’ experience in IT support or similar role.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Experience with SAP, ERP software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with IT service management tools preferred.
