Position: IT Support Executive (Nuwaraeliya District)
We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot issues efficiently, manage user accounts, and ensure smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate should have problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to support services.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology or similar.
- Minimum 1 year experience in PC & Printer Hardware and Network Troubleshooting.
- Ability to identify faults swiftly and provide timely solutions.
- Strong customer service skills and must reside in or near Nuwaraeliya District.
