Job Description
Aviyana Ceylon is the first 7-star hotel in Sri Lanka, located in Kandy near the Knuckles Mountain range. We are seeking a full-time IT Support Assistant to provide technical assistance to our hotel staff.
Responsibilities:
- Offer technical support for hardware, software, and network systems.
- Manage helpdesk requests for efficient resolutions.
- Set up and maintain office workstations.
- Troubleshoot office equipment and maintain records.
- Handle user account management and IT maintenance tasks.
- Provide training and support to staff for efficient IT resource utilization.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Prior IT support experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking concepts.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and travel for troubleshooting.
