Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain Anti-Virus/EDR for system security.
- Manage Office365 Admin Center and Azure services.
- Maintain Windows Servers and Active Directory.
- Configure firewalls, troubleshoot system/network issues, and ensure backups.
- Collaborate on IT projects and stay updated on industry trends.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 3-6 years of Helpdesk Administration experience.
- Proficiency in Anti-Virus/EDR, Azure services, Windows Servers, and networking.
- Strong troubleshooting skills; certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft, Networking, or Cybersecurity certifications preferred.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
