Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide 1st level support to end-users, ensure smooth operations of computer systems, and perform installations and configurations of hardware and software. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical and communication skills who can work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level support to users.
- Ensure smooth operation of computers and systems.
- Install and configure computer software and hardware, including OS installation.
Candidate Profile:
- 1 year of hands-on experience in IT Support.
- Experience with PC and MAC hardware/software at an enterprise level.
- Able to configure printers and computer peripherals.
- Knowledge of networking (DHCP, DNS, VLANs, TCP/IP).
- Experience with MS Active Directory.
- Flexible with working hours.
- Able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Google G Suite is a plus.
- CCNA/MCSA certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English skills.
