Overview: Join our team as an Account Manager, responsible for building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Exceed customer expectations, participate in client meetings, and present solutions
- General Orientation: Collaborate with internal teams, stay updated on products, and work towards team objectives
- Product Management: Ensure timely delivery of products and solutions, participate in project management
- Business Development: Engage in strategic discussions and reporting related to account management
Pre-Requisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales or Account Management
- Proven track record in managing client accounts and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
