Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Colombo for an IT Manager. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s technology infrastructure, managing IT teams, implementing IT policies, and ensuring the organization’s technological needs are met. A key responsibility is managing vendors, and monitoring performance against SLAs.
Qualifications
Previous experience
- In IT and SLA management is preferred
- Knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, system maintenance, and IT policies
- Good communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
