Job Description
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years overall experience, with 3 years in IT managerial role focused on IT implementation and strategy.
- Proven Dynamics 365BC ERP experience.
- Expertise in process mapping, modeling, and reengineering.
Education:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
- Membership in professional body (e.g., PMI, ITIL) preferred.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in stakeholder management and driving change.
Responsibilities:
- Align IT initiatives with organization goals.
- Lead IT process management and governance.
- Oversee project and relationship management.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
