Job Description
Finco Technologies, a leading IT systems and technology services provider in Sri Lanka, is seeking a Manager for IT Managed Services. Based in Colombo, the role involves overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT-managed services for clients. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, prior experience in IT service management, strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, and excellent leadership skills.
- Prior experience in managing IT managed services
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Relevant certifications in IT service management (ITIL, ISO 200) are a plus
