Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Adherence to strict SLA’s when handling helpdesk tickets.
- Quick-thinking to troubleshoot critical technical issues efficiently.
- Prioritization of tasks, stakeholders, and time management.
Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing Diploma or Bachelors in Computer Science/Computer Hardware/Computer Networking or equivalent qualifications like CCNA.
- Good hardware knowledge is desirable.
- Familiarity with the retail E-Commerce ecosystem in Sri Lanka is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work and decide under pressure.
- Independence in work under minimal supervision.
- Readiness for additional IT tasks/projects as needed.
- Availability to work after hours or weekends if required.
- Willingness to travel to various Daraz Office locations for tasks.
