Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

● Assisting with technical support tasks, including hardware and software troubleshooting.

● Collaborating with the software development team to design, develop, and test software applications.

● Maintaining and enhancing existing IT systems, including computer hardware and networking support.

● Providing IT support for cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

● Participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

● Debugging and troubleshooting software defects to ensure smooth functionality.

● Contributing to the planning and execution of software and IT-related projects.

● Researching and evaluating emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications:

● Full or partial qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

● Strong IT hardware and software skills with an ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

● Proficient in the Microsoft Office package.

● Programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

● Familiarity with software development methodologies, tools, and SQL.

● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

● Strong interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving capabilities.

● Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

● Knowledge of WordPress and low-code platforms will be considered a value-added advantage.
