Job Description
Are you a skilled IT professional looking for a new opportunity? We are currently seeking an IT Helpdesk Support L2 to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 technical support to end-users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Document support tickets and resolutions
- Collaborate with other IT teams for problem resolution
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS
