Job Description
Hayleys Fentons is seeking an IT Helpdesk Executive/ Systems Administrator/ Engineer in Katunayake. As part of our team, you will provide technical support, diagnose issues, maintain systems, and build strong client relationships. Candidates with a motorbike are preferred.
Responsibilities & Experience:
- 1-3 years experience in IT Helpdesk and infrastructure support
- Expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft O365, and server platforms
- Skills in network troubleshooting, security, and infrastructure upgrades
- Experience in ITIL service delivery framework and cloud computing
Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma or BSc Degree in IT/Computer Science/Networking or equivalent
- Windows OS/Azure/O365 certifications (Optional)
