Position: IT Helpdesk Engineer
Location: Kohuwala
Salary: 30K – 40K
Work Hours: US Time/Europe Time
We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Engineer to provide top-notch support to our North American clients. The role requires attention to detail and working during client business hours.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in VoIP systems and knowledge of related protocols
- Familiarity with RMM platforms and network devices
- Fluency in English (speaking/writing)
- Ability to handle multiple tickets concurrently and collaborate with third-party vendors
- Provide technical support to the local back-office team
