Position: IT Helpdesk Engineer

Location: Kohuwala

Salary: 30K – 40K

Work Hours: US Time/Europe Time

We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Engineer to provide top-notch support to our North American clients. The role requires attention to detail and working during client business hours.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in VoIP systems and knowledge of related protocols
• Familiarity with RMM platforms and network devices
• Fluency in English (speaking/writing)
• Ability to handle multiple tickets concurrently and collaborate with third-party vendors
• Provide technical support to the local back-office team
