Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customers in need of technical assistance via phone or email.
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and relevant questions.
  • Identify the optimal solution based on customer-provided details and issues.
  • Guide customers through the troubleshooting process.
  • Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate support level.
  • Deliver precise information on IT products/services.
  • Document events, issues, and their resolutions in logs.
  • Provide updates on customer status and details.
  • Communicate customer feedback to the relevant internal team.
  • Identify and propose potential process improvements.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Experience as a help desk technician or similar customer support role.
  • Familiarity with IT Ticketing systems (e.g. GLPI), databases, and remote control.
  • Understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Aptitude to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Customer-focused and composed under pressure.
