Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting & maintaining software and hardware devices.
- Managing and supporting wired and wireless LAN network infrastructure.
- Providing L1 and L2 problem-solving services to network users.
- Repairing computer-related equipment and replacing parts if required.
- Hands-on experience on Microsoft server and workstation operating systems and services including AD, DNS, DHCP, RDP, and group.
- Knowledge in VMware, Cisco, Citrix, SQL, Sophos, Cyberoam, ERP, 0365, Linux will be an advantage.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Network infrastructure is a must.
- 4 years’ experience in a similar field/role is an advantage.
- Industry certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, LPI/RHCSA would be an added qualification.
