Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage invoices accurately.
- Plan and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Schedule and arrange delivery logistics.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Verify financial data and reconcile discrepancies.
- Support the finance team with other accounting tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- G.C.E A/L; additional certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Candidate live around Colombo district.
- Proven experience as an Invoice Clerk, Accounts Clerk, or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in scheduling and planning deliveries is highly desirable.
