Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and distribution.
- Oversee inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels, timely ordering, and efficient storage practices.
- Analyze and forecast demand to minimize stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
- Coordinate with various departments (sales, production, and finance) to ensure alignment with company goals and operational efficiency.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to evaluate supply chain and inventory performance.
- Handle the documentation process related to supply chain, including customs clearance, transportation, and vendor agreements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Utilize ERP systems for inventory tracking and reporting.
Key Qualifications:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or logistics in the automobile industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using ERP and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
