Job Description
Basilur is a premium tea brand seeking an International Horeca Manager to enhance its presence in global Horeca channels. Responsibilities include developing partnerships, driving sales, and expanding brand reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Horeca strategy
- Increasing sales through Horeca channels
- Driving new product development and merchandising
- Penetrating channels through various platforms
- Creating sales presentations and expanding brand presence
- Traveling to build relationships
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales/business development experience
- SLIM, CIM, or equivalent marketing qualification preferred
- Fluency in English required, additional languages a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel
