Role Description:

• Conduct risk-based audits and present findings to Management.
• Stay updated on sector regulations for knowledge enhancement.
• Document processes, maintain communication with Management, and identify risk areas for mitigation.
• Generate reports on audit outcomes and adherence to regulations.
• Define audit scope, create yearly plans, and oversee the entire audit process.

Qualifications:

• Partial qualification of CA Sri Lanka.
• A/L in Commerce stream is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to branches/departments outside the main location.
• Minimum 1 year of Internal Audit experience in a Micro Finance Company.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Preference for candidates located around Badulla.
