Job Description
Location: Nugegoda (Finance Company)
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in internal audit, risk management, investigation, preferably at Banking/Finance Company.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, principles, practices, financial, and operational processes.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify and assess risks, develop effective control strategies.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, industry guidelines in Sri Lanka.
- Experience in developing and implementing internal audit methodologies, policies, procedures.
- Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Salary: 300,00/- to 350,00/- Negotiable
