Job Description
What is the role?
The successful candidate will assist the Internal Audit team in providing independent assurance that the organization’s risk management, governance, and internal control processes are functioning efficiently and effectively. Join us to contribute to continuous improvement and integrity of our operations.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Execute internal audits per the plan under the Line Manager’s guidance.
- Analyze evidence to confirm audit observations and form governance opinions.
- Assist in preparing accurate audit reports and support special investigations.
- Help prepare Audit Committee meetings materials and document meeting minutes.
- Conduct monthly stock counts and prepare comprehensive reports.
What knowledge and skills are expected?
- Bachelor’s degree in Audit, Finance, Business Management, or part qualifications in CA/ACCA or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of Internal Audit experience with strong knowledge of audit processes.
- Understanding of audit methodologies, accounting, and ERP systems; experience in manufacturing/FMCG is a plus.
- Knowledge of the dairy industry or similar sectors and proficiency in MS Office and data analytical tools.
