We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Intern – Talent Sourcing at our Colombo office.
Key Requirements:
- Following a degree or professional qualification in HR from a recognized institution.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with a high level of perseverance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support talent sourcing efforts by posting jobs, conducting interviews, and coordinating interviews.
- Engage in effective remote collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Identify recruitment needs and work closely with stakeholders.
- Search for job candidates using various sources and interview applicants.
- Update relevant databases promptly and provide reports as required.
