Job Description
We are hiring a dynamic Intern-Talent Acquisition who has a genuine interest in pursuing a career in Talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in sourcing potential candidates through various channels.
- Conducting initial candidate screenings.
- Posting job openings and creating job descriptions.
- Reviewing resumes and maintaining applicant records.
- Scheduling interviews and corresponding with candidates.
- Providing a positive candidate experience and generating recruitment reports.
- Collaborating with HR for onboarding new hires and conducting industry research.
Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and adaptability.
- Ability to work collaboratively and keen interest in HR practices.
